Technical requirements for granite plate

technical requirements for granite plate:

1 There shall be no sand hole, air hole, crack, slag inclusion, shrinkage, scratch, bruise, rust and other defects that seriously affect the appearance and service performance on the working surface of the flat plate

2 The concave or missing corner on the non working surface of the flat plate is allowed to be repaired

3. The flat plate shall adopt gabbro, diabase and granite with fine grain and compact structure (biotite shall be less than 5% and elastic modulus shall be greater than 0.6 × 10-4kg/cm2, water absorption rate shall be less than 0.25%, and the working surface hardness shall be greater than 70hs

4. The maximum allowable value of the surface roughness Ra of the flat working surface is 0.32~0 Steel trade drives the development of production, processing, transportation, interconnection and other industries by 63um, with a side view of 10um

5. See Table 1 for flatness tolerance of plate working surface

6. When using the diagonal method or grid method to inspect the flatness of the flat panel working face, the air plane fluctuation shall be inspected. See Table 2 for the plane fluctuation of the working face

7. The perpendicularity tolerance of the granite slab side to the working face and the perpendicularity tolerance of the two adjacent sides of the slab shall comply with grade 12 specified in gb/t1184 for immediate shutdown

8. The concentrated load area in the center of the flat panel working face and the applied rated load will touch the main design parameters and allowable deflection values such as material shrinkage at this time. See Table 3

9. It is not recommended to set handling handle for class 000 and 00 flat plates

10. If a threaded hole (or groove) is set on the level 0 and level 1 flat surface, its position shall not be higher than the working surface. (end)
