Technical requirements for overall assembly accuracy of die-casting die

overall assembly of die-casting die the hydraulic jaw mentioned here is not actually used for the accuracy of hydraulic universal testing machine, as the following technical requirements under the background that the national policy is biased towards high-energy density batteries:

1) the alignment of die parting surface and the parallelism of the installation plane of moving die base plate shall be in accordance with table 1

2) the perpendicularity of guide post, guide sleeve alignment and mounting surface of movable die base shall be in accordance with table 2

3) on the parting surface, the plane of fixed mold and moving mold inserts shall be flush with or slightly higher than the fixed mold sleeve plate and moving mold sleeve plate respectively, but the height shall be within 10.05 ~ 0.10mm

4) the push rod and reset rod shall be flush with the profile respectively. The push rod is allowed to protrude from the profile, but not more than 0.1mm. The reset rod is allowed to be lower than the profile, but not more than 0.05mm. The push rod shall be able to rotate flexibly in the push rod fixing plate, but the axial clearance shall not be greater than 0.10mm

5) if there is a moving part of the mold, ensure that the position is accurate and the action is reliable without skew and stagnation. No movement is allowed between relatively fixed parts

6) the slider shall be positioned accurately and reliably after mold opening. At the end of core pulling, the distance between the extracted core end face and the end face of the corresponding mold position or hole on the casting shall not be less than 2mm. The sliding mechanism shall have flexible sliding guide, stable movement and proper fit clearance. After mold closing, the sliding block and the wedge block shall be compacted, the contact area shall not be less than half, and shall have certain prestress

7) the surface roughness Ra of the pouring channel established by the industry authority shall not be greater than 0.4 m, the transition shall be smooth, the splicing shall be close, and the draft angle shall not be less than 5

8) during mold closing, the parting surface of the insert shall be closely fitted. If there is no local clearance, it shall not be greater than 0.05mm (except for the exhaust slot)

9) the cooling water channel and temperature control oil channel shall be unblocked without leakage, and there shall be obvious marks at the inlet and outlet

10) the arithmetic mean value of 10 samples shall be automatically calculated after the completion of all forming table experiments. The surface roughness Ra shall not be greater than 0.4 M. all surfaces shall be free of damage, scratch or microcrack
